It looks like this might be one “situation” Snooki can’t talk her way out of.

The pint-size reality guidette found herself in hot water after being arrested by Seaside Heights police while filming her reality show at the Jersey Shore.

According to sources, Snooks was having a little trouble walking home from the bar with JWoww and new cast member Deena when cops spotted her.

Snooks was hauled off the sand.

And into police custody.

Word is the star is to be charged with disorderly conduct.

If you want
more six packs and cat fights from the cast of Jersey Shore…you better hope they get a bigger
paycheck.

It turns
out Snooki and the gang are no longer satisfied their 10-thousand dollars an
episode and have reportedly brought filming to a halt until their demands are
met.

The cast were set to begin filming scenes for Season Three this week but have
all refused to do so until they are given new contracts.

So far, the
only one that’ll be fist pumpin’ their way to the bank is Mike “The Situation”
Sorrentino…since he’s already negotiated his new contract and is set to receive
a pretty generous bonus ranging from 60-100 thousand dollars, depending on
ratings for season 3.  His pay may
even get bumped up to as much as 45-grand an episode for season 4.

As their contracts stand, sources claim the Jersey Shore cast members think they can earn
more moola from public appearances than they can from filming the show.

Guess they
better get on those “public appearances” then!
